Social Distortion (sometimes referred to simply as Social D) is an American rock band in 1979 in Fullerton, California founded. The band currently consists of Mike Ness (vocals, guitar), Jonny Wickersham (guitar), Brent Harding (bass) and Adam Atom Willard (drums). They are often credited as one of the band-edge hardcore punk of the 1980 explosion. The group was disbanded in 1985 just as the drug frontman Ness', but reformed around 1986 and continued to be active todayeven after the death of guitarist Dennis Danell long, which sold for a brain aneurysm in 2000. Since its inception the band lineup, a talent virtual revolving door was, with many members coming and going Ness, the only constant member.
