This volume of Urban Legends is about those silly bandz you see all the kids wearing these days. One would think with all those rubber bands around your wrist you could cut off your circulation resulting in a useless hand. And According to Snopes.com this legend is TRUE. A young boy age 6 had 60 of these wrapped around his wrist and complained to his fater his wrist hurt. After removing the bands the father realized they had actually grown into the boys wrist. So this Legend is TRUE.
